There's nothing more terrible than waking up in the morning with a sore shoulder. Can't make any sudden moves or else the pain will be unbearable.
I think I need a better bed...

you should do some shoulder and neck exercise. like lift yr shoulder up and turn to back and let down. then do the same for front. As for the neck, tilt yr head sideway until you feel the pull on the neck muscle.
ok now is the stage where we generate options since we know where the problems are:
1. ask the owner to get u a new bed. 2. u get urself a new bed. 3. sleep with a better posture. 4. sleep on the floor.
after previous conversations with the owner option 1 seems unlikely to happen. Next, having only 6 months left in Nottingham, option 2 doesnt seems like a good option.
I would suggest, go on with option 3 or 4 and i think 3 is the best so far. hahahhahah........

You should tell your owner about changing the bed. You sure it's the bed?Maybe you have been sitting for too long?
